Return & Refund Policy

Sometimes good thing aren't meant to be. No worries! You can return any unused, unwashed, tagged items within 14 days for store credit refund!

To start a return, you can contact us at libertylakebeautyco@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Keep in mind that at this time we DO NOT cover RETURN shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total possible refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
